Details information block

Prerequisites

You have added the information block to the device type, refer to Adding information blocks.

Proceed as follows

1. Click the Edit button to edit the general information of the device.
   → The Properties dialog containing the predefined properties is displayed.

2. Enter information for each displayed property.

3. Activate/deactivate the Active checkbox to indicate whether the device is active or inactive.

4. Optionally, change the Name of the device.

5. Optionally, add Custom Properties and define a Key and Value for each property.

   Custom properties are only available if they have been activated in the device type configuration.

6. Click the Save button.
   → General information of the device has been added.
