In Security Settings, you can define schemes for URLs that can be opened in your project. The URL schemes for http, https, and mailto are provided by default.

The URL schemes are supported in the following areas of Bosch IoT Insights:

• Table widget
• Action Button widget
• Link Panel widget
• Rich Text widget
• Tooltips defined for chart widgets
• Hyperlink information block in Devices
• Footer Settings in Admin
• Dashboards in Admin

Proceed as follows

Click the Security Settings tab.
→ The Security Settings tab is displayed and shows the already defined URL schemes.

Prerequisites

To execute the following action, you have to be assigned to the Admin role.

Adding a URL scheme

1. Click the Add URL Scheme button.
   → The URL Scheme dialog is displayed.
2. In the Scheme field, enter a name for the URL scheme.
3. In the Description field, enter a description for the URL scheme.
4. Click the Save button.
   → The URL scheme is added to the list.
